浅谈人体调节作用在“反佐”和“去性留用”配伍中的影响

摘　　要：“反佐”和“去性留用”是中医的特色配伍方法。两者临床运用广泛,疗效甚佳。然“反佐”和“去性留用”的经典配伍形式大多是少量药物在大剂量或多品类的与其药性相反的药物混合相配,达到“相反相成”的效果,而药物的性用表现却截然相反。一者以“留性”取效,一者以“去性”收功,理论上似乎相互矛盾。为了进一步探讨其内涵,以便于提高临床遣方用药水平,现查阅相关资料分析其矛盾缘由。最终发现,“反佐”和“去性留用”只是一个事物的两个方面,而人体调节作用是影响两种配伍方法的主要原因。‘Contrary’and‘quxingliuyong’are both special combination of medicinals in TCM.They are used widely and effectively in clinical practice.However,‘contrary’and‘quxingliuyong’are the same compatibility form that a kind of herb mixes in various or vast opposite property herbs to achieve the effect of complement each other in contrast,while the sexual performance of drugs is quite the opposite.On the one hand,using‘liuxing’can take effect.On the other hand,using‘quxing’can retain medical property.It seems to be contradictory in theory.To explore the reasons more and improve the level of our clinical use of drugs,it consults the relevant data to analyze the reasons for their contradictions.Eventually,it is found that the‘contrary’and‘quxingliuyong’is only two aspects of a thing,and body regulation is the main reason that affects two methods of compatibility.
