摘　　要：温成平教授治疗免疫皮肤病经验丰富。温教授在临床诊治免疫皮肤病时,重在全面掌握免疫皮肤病的特点和规律,根据疾病的不同阶段,分期治疗;急性期凉血解毒,迁延期养血活络,缓解期健脾解郁。在整个治疗过程中,遵循“天人相应”理论,从“伏邪”论治,注意滋阴与透邪并用;顾护患者先后天之本,健脾气,补肾精,宜清补不宜温补,调节免疫平衡,促成阴平阳秘,以平为期。注重心理和饮食调护,避免诱发因素。临床取得了较好的疗效。Professor WEN Cheng-ping has accumulated rich clinical experience in treating immune skin diseases.In clinical diagnosis and treatment of immune skin diseases,professor WEN emphasized on comprehensively grasping the characteristics and rules of immune skin diseases and treating them in stages according to different stages of diseases.Removing heat from the blood and toxic material in the acute phase,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation on the protracted course,strengthening spleen and soothing the liver during remission stage.In the whole process of treatment,follow the theory of‘corresponding between heaven and man’,treated immune skin diseases based on the theory of hidden pathogen,pay attention to nourish yin and penetrate evil at the same time;nourishing should be fresh rather than warmly,caring innate foundation and acquired foundation so that in harmony for balance.Pay attention to psychological and dietary care,avoid inducing factors.Using this way better curative effect was obtained.
