摘　　要：脱肛病是中医肛肠科常见的疑难病症之一,治疗方法多种多样,远期疗效不十分理想。韩宝教授多年运用注射固脱技术治疗脱肛病,效果甚佳。文章总结了韩宝教授治疗脱肛病的临床经验,归纳了韩宝教授对脱肛病注重审证求因、整体辨证与局部辨证相结合、内治与外治相结合的诊治思路,整理了韩宝教授治疗脱肛病过程中成功的关键因素及注射固脱技术应用中的操作要点,并附以验案,以期为临床辨证施治提供参考。Anal prolapse is one of the common difficult diseases in anorectal department of traditional Chinese medicine.There are many different treatment methods,and the long-term effect is not very satisfactory.Professor HAN Bao has used the technique of injection fixation for the treatment of anal prolapse,and good results have been achieved.The author summarized the clinical experience of professor HAN Bao in the treatment of anal prolapse.Professor HAN Bao’s diagnosis and treatment of anal prolapse were summarized,which focused on examining the causes of anal prolapse,integrating overall syndrome differentiation with local syndrome differentiation,and combining internal treatment with external treatment.The key factors of professor HAN Bao’s success in the treatment of anal prolapsed and operating points in the application of injection-fixation technology were sorted out.And a case study was attached to the case,in order to provide reference for clinical syndrome differentiation.
