病证结合动物模型研究的进展及存在问题分析

摘　　要：近年来,病证结合动物模型研究取得可喜的进展,但由于中医“证”本质的研究尚未有突破性进展,缺乏对动物模型的辨证诊断及模型评价体系,模型稳定性、重复性较差等一系列原因,病证结合动物模型的研制尚处于探索阶段,仍需不断完善。可在严格疾病辨证标准、加强“证”本质研究的基础上,并以中医药理论指导,借助现代科学技术及实验动物科学知识,构建重复性良好的病证结合动物模型及科学规范的模型评价体系,以促进中医“证”本质的最后揭示,进一步推动中医药现代化的研究。Though there were gratifying progress in recent years,animal model combination with disease and syndrome(AMCDS)is still at exploratory stage and needs to be developed and improved constantly due to deficiency in breakthrough of study on the essence of syndromes,as well as dialectical diagnosis and evaluation of animal model.Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory and with the help of new technologies and medical theory,we should strengthen research on strict standardization of syndrome differentiation of diseases,study on the essence of syndromes,and then build the AMCDS with good repeatability and standardized evaluation system.These will promote the essence of syndromes to be revealed clearly and the study on modernization of TCM remarkably.
