基于国家专利数据库中药复方治疗心肌炎的规律研究

摘　　要：目的:基于“中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)”和国家专利数据,挖掘治疗心肌炎的中药复方专利配伍规律,为临床研发治疗心肌炎的中药新药提供有章可循的依据。方法:提取国家专利数据库中治疗心肌炎的中药复方专利,录入“中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)”中进行药物频次、关联规则、复杂网络、熵方法分析中药复方专利的配伍规律。结果:统计出中药复方治疗心肌炎最常见的证候为气阴两虚证(30.30%),统计出治疗心肌炎的中药复方专利中最常见的单药为丹参(39.40%)等;最常见的对药配伍为麦冬-五味子(23.23%)等;最常见的角药配伍为麦冬-丹参-五味子(14.14%);基于关联规则发现的常见药物组合有麦冬,党参→五味子(置信度0.867);党参,五味子→麦冬(置信度0.839);川芎,当归→五味子(置信度0.818)等;基于复杂网络发现的核心药物有:丹参、党参、炙甘草等;通过熵方法提取出的新方组合有远志、川芎、三七、茯神、当归;熟地黄、麦冬、柴胡、五味子、党参、郁金等。结论:以中医传承辅助系统为平台,利用文本挖掘、关联规则等数据挖掘方法,为临床研发心肌炎用药提供新思路,新方组合可参考远志、川芎、三七、茯神、当归等。Objective:Based on‘Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system(V2.5)’and national patent data,the compatibility rules of Chinese medicine compound patent for myocarditis were excavated,which provided a rule-based basis for clinical research and development of new Chinese medicine for treating myocarditis.Methods:To extract Chinese medicine compound patent for the treatment of myocarditis in the national patent database,and compatibility rules of Chinese medicine compound patents were analyzed by means of the medicine frequency,association rules,complex networks,entropy clustering of‘Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system’(V2.5).Results:According to statistics,the most common syndromes of Chinese medicine compound prescription in treating myocarditis were qi and yin deficiency syndrom(30.30%),the most common single drug in traditional Chinese medicine compound patent for the treatment of myocarditis was danshen root(39.40%);and the most common compatibility of Chinese medicine pairs was dwarf lilyturf tuber and Chinese magnoliavine fruit(23.23%),and the most common compatibility of angular Chinese medicine was dwarf lilyturf tuber-danshen root-Chinese magnoliavine fruit(14.14%);common medicine combinations found based on association rules include were dwarf lilyturf tuber,tangshen→Chinese magnoliavine fruit(0.867),tangshen,Chinese magnoliavine frui→dwarf lilyturf tuber(0.839),Sichuan lovage rhizome,Chinese angelica→Chinese magnoliavine fruit(0.818),and so on;and core medicines based on complex network were danshen root,tangshen and zhigancao,and so on.The new combinations extracted by entropy approach included milkwort root,Sichuan lovage rhizome,sanqi,poria with hostwood,Chinese angelica,prepared rehmannia root,dwarf lilyturf tuber,Chinese thorowax root,Chinese magnoliavine fruit,tangshen,turmeric root tuber,and so on.Conclusion:On the platform of TCM Inheritance Support System,data mining methods such as text mining and association rules are used to provide new ideas for clinical research
