摘　　要：目的:对全国收集的茯苓菌种进行对比,优选出菌丝生长良好、茯苓产量、质地和结苓率较好的茯苓菌种。方法:比较收集的38个茯苓菌种菌丝生长速度、并对茯苓各菌种进行大田栽培,比较不同菌种茯苓的结苓率、茯苓重量、菌核品质。结果:P0、原生质体9号、Z1等10个苓菌种菌丝生长良好、茯苓产量、质地和结苓率好。结论:优选出P0、原生质体9号、Z1等10个优良菌种,为今后茯苓菌种研究和栽培的工作的开展提供参考。Objective:To compare the poria cocos strains collected in the whole country,and to select the poria cocos species with good mycelium growth,better yield,texture and survival rate.Methods:The mycelia growth rate of poria cocos strains collected was compared,and the poria cocos strains were cultivated in the field,and the poria cocos survival rate,weight and quality of sclerotium of different species of poria cocos were compared.Results:P0,No.9 protoplast,Zl and other ten poria cocos strains had good mycelia growth,poria cocos yield,texture and survival rate.Conclusion:Ten excellent strains such as P0,No.9 protoplasts and Zl are preferred,which will provide reference for the future research and cultivation of poria cocos species.
