摘　　要：孟河医派毒性中药临方特色炮制在临床上有奇特的疗效,充分体现着孟河医学的用药特色优势和重要价值。文章通过古籍文献挖掘整理结合孟河医家访谈,建立了孟河医派毒性中药临方特色炮制数据库,并总结归纳出其临方炮制特色:“存效顾正,特色炮制工艺”、“病证结合,特色炮制辅料”和“工艺性状结合,特色质量控制”,并对孟河医派毒性中药临方特色炮制研究进行思考和展望。通过研究,不仅能挖掘出具有孟河医派临方炮制特色的毒性中药新饮片,提高中医临床疗效,降低不良反应,发挥孟河医派用药特色,而且更有利于孟河医学临方特色炮制技术的传承和发展,进一步丰富和完善中药炮制理论体系。The characteristic processing methods of toxic TCM on Menghe medical school displayed superiority advantages and important value on clinical prescriptions and drug compatibility feature.This paper had established a database of toxic TCM of Menghe medical school and summarized the characteristic processing of clinical prescriptions of Menghe medical school on toxic TCM through the ancient literature excavation combined with Menghe doctors’interview.This paper investigated the characteristic processing of toxic TCM on Menghe medical school,which included the processing technology,accessories and quality control.In addition,this article prospected the clinical application on the characteristic processing of toxic TCM of Menghe medical school.Therefore,this study will dig out the new toxic traditional Chinese herbal medicine from clinical prescriptions of Menghe medical school and improve the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine,reduce the side effects,as well as supply the effective support for inheriting and carrying forward the characteristic processing technology and standardization study of Menghe medical school.
