“冬病夏治”穴位贴膏治疗稳定期寒痰阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:研究“冬病夏治”穴位贴膏对稳定期寒痰阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗作用,并为该方法的临床推广提供依据。方法:将100例患者随机分为冬病夏治组(治疗组)和基础治疗组(对照组),对照组采用化痰、止咳、平喘等西医常规治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上加用三伏天穴位贴敷治疗,1年后比较两组患者的SGRQ评分、急性发作次数及肺功能改变情况。结果:两组治疗后SGRQ评分较治疗前均有下降(P<0.05),治疗后两组比较,活动限制评分、日常生活影响评分及总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;两组治疗后急性发作次数均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗后两组间比较差异无统计学意义;两组治疗后肺功能改善情况较治疗前差异均无统计学意义。结论:“冬病夏治”穴位贴敷治疗能有效改善稳定期寒痰阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床症状,减少急性发作次数,提高生活质量,值得在临床上进一步推广。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of acupoint plaster‘summer treatment for winter disease’on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)caused by cold and phlegm obstruction in stable period,and to provide the basis for this method.Methods:A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the winter disease treatment group(treatment group)and the basic treatment group(control group).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with three times acupoint application on the basis of western medicine.One year later,the SGRQ score,acute attack frequency and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.Results:The SGRQ scores of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in activity restriction score,daily life score and total score between both groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.The frequency of acute attack after treatment in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.There was no significant difference in the improvement of pulmonary function in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:the acupoint application of‘summer treatment for winter disease’can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of COPD patients with cold phlegm blocking pulmonary type in stable period,reduce the frequency of acute attack and improve the quality of life.It is worth further popularizing in clinic.
