消瘿解毒汤联合中药外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察消瘿解毒汤联合中药外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将84例中医辨证为风热袭表、热毒炽盛证的亚急性甲状腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。治疗组应用消瘿解毒汤口服联合中药外敷治疗,对照组应用强的松片和布洛芬缓释片口服。治疗4周后比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率97.62%,对照组总有效率83.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血沉、FT3、FT4、TSH、甲状腺体积及证候积分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),除血沉外,其余指标改善治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:消瘿解毒汤联合中药外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎疗效显著,且不良反应轻、安全性好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoying Jiedu Decoction combined with topical application of TCM in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:Eighty-four patients of subacute thyroiditis who were diagnosed as syndrome of superficies attacked by wind-heat and blazing heat-toxin were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoying Jiedu Decoction orally combined with topical application of TCM.The control group was given prednisone tablets and ibuprofen sustained-release tablets orally.After 4 weeks of treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.62%;the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The erythrocyte sedimentation rate,FT3,FT4,TSH,thyroid volume and syndrome scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),but the improvement of the treatment group(except the erythrocyte sedimentation)was more significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Xiaoyu Jiedu Decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect on subacute thyroiditis,and the adverse reactions are light and safe.
