针刀整体松解术联合温针灸治疗项痹病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀整体松解术联合温针灸医治项痹病的临床疗效,并进行对照组比较,探究两种治疗方法间疗效差异。方法:遵照本试验的纳入标准,选取2017年6月至2018年12月期间就诊于我科门诊及住院患者60例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组施以针刀联合特定穴温针灸干预,对照组予温针灸医治疗,针刀治疗每周1次,共治疗2次,温针灸每日1次,共治疗2周,观察治疗前和治疗2周后患者上肢症状、颈部体征积分的变动,评估其治疗的临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者上肢部症状及颈部体征均好转(P<0.05),且治疗组患者症状体征改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,两组比较间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刀整体松解术联合温针灸医治项痹病较单纯温针灸治疗获得的临床成果优越,针刀整体松解术联合温针灸能更加有效地、持久地缓解患者临床症状,缩短治疗疗程。Objective:To determine the clinical efficacy of akupotomye holistic loosening combined with warming needle moxibustion in the treatment of nuchal arthralgia,and to compare the two treatment methods with the control group.Methods:Based on the inclusion criteria of this trial,60 patients consulted in clinic or in hospital were selected from June 2017 to December 2018,and divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of visits and random number table,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with akupotomye combined with specific acupoint warming acupuncture and moxibustion intervention,and the control group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion,akupotomye therapy once a week,a total of 2 times;warm acupuncture once a day,a total of 2 weeks.The changes of upper extremity symptoms and neck sign scores were observed before and 2 weeks after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the treatment was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the symptoms of the upper limb and neck improved better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 73.33%in control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Akcpotomye holistic loosening combined with warming needling and moxibustion has better clinical effect than warming needling and moxibustion alone in the treatment of nape arthralgia.Akcpotomye holistic loosening combined with warming needling and moxibustion can more effectively and persistently relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and shorten the course of treatment.
