少阳润目饮联合聚乙烯醇治疗白内障术后干眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药少阳润目饮联合聚乙烯醇治疗白内障术前应用2.5%聚维酮碘结膜囊消毒后干眼的临床疗效。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照方法。采用SPSS 21.0统计软件将60例白内障术后干眼患者随机分成两组,治疗组为中药熏蒸内服联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液;对照组为单纯聚乙烯醇滴眼液。治疗时间为4周。观察两组患者泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SITI)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分及眼表疾病指数问卷(OSDI)评分的变化情况。结果:最终完成研究57例,治疗组29例,对照组28例。治疗后两组BUT、SITI、FL及OSDI评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组BUT改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药能增强泪膜稳定性,少阳润目饮熏蒸加内服对白内障术后干眼的治疗有良好的疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Shaoyang Runmu Decoction combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops on ophthalmoxerosis after 2.5%povidone-iodine conjunctival sac disinfection before cataract surgery.Methods:A prospective randomized controlled trial was used.Using SPSS 21.0 statistical software,60 patients with ophthalmoxerosis after cataract surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in treatment group were managed by Shaoyang Runmu Decoction combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drop,while patients in control group were administered with polyvinyl alcohol eye drop alone.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks and the break-up time(BUT),Schirmer I test(SIT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL)and OSDI score were detected and recorded.Results:A total of 57 patients were included in the study,29 in the treatment group and 28 in the control group.After treatment,the BUT,SIT,FL and OSDI scores in two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the BUT in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine can enhance the stability of tear film.Fumigation combined with oral administration of Shaoyang Runmu Decoction has a good effect on the treatment of ophthalmoxerosis after cataract surgery.
