柴芩温胆汤加减治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柴芩温胆汤加减治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床疗效。方法:89例DGP患者经随机抽签分成治疗组45例和对照组44例,治疗周期均为28d。治疗组通过柴芩温胆汤加减治疗,对照组通过多潘立酮片治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率91.11%,对照组的总有效率72.73%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组胃排空率和临床症状评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴芩温胆汤加减治疗DGP疗效较佳,值得临床广泛应用。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Chaiqin Wendan Decoction on diabetic gastroparesis(DGP). Methods: Eighty-nine patients with DGP were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases) and control group(44 cases). The treatment period was 28 days. The treatment group was treated with modified Chaiqin Wendan Decoction and the control group was treated with Domperidone Tablet. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.11%, the control group was 72.73%, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the gastric emptying rate and clinical symptom score in the two groups were significantly decreased than before treatment(P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The modified Chaiqin Wendan Decoction has better curative effect on DGP and is worthy of wide clinical application.
