摘　　要：目的:研究苦参素胶囊对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:将72只ICR雄性小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、联苯双酯滴丸组(阳性组)、苦参素低剂量组、苦参素中剂量组、苦参素高剂量组。除正常组,其余各组小鼠均灌胃给予经稀释的55度红星二锅头酒(0.1 mL?10 g^-1),建立急性酒精性肝损伤模型。造模同时,灌胃给予受试药,连续7 d。末次给药各组禁食不禁水,12 h后摘眼球取血,测定血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量。测定肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:苦参素胶囊能明显降低肝组织中MDA含量、血清中ALT、AST、TC、TG、ALP、LDH水平及肝脏系数,提高肝组织中SOD活性。结论:苦参素胶囊对急性酒精性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用,其作用机制可能与抗氧化有关。Objective:To research the protective effect of marine capsules on acute alcoholic liver injury in mice.Methods:Seventy two ICR male mice were randomly divided into six groups,which were normal group,acute alcoholic liver injury model group,bifendate dropping pills group(positive group),low dose of marine capsules group,middle dose of marine capsules group,high dose of marine capsules group.In addition to the normal group,the other groups were administered by 55%(v/v)white wine(Red Star Erguotou wine,0.1 mL·10 g^-1),the acute alcoholic liver injury model was set up.At the same time,every experimental group was given experimental drugs by intragastric administration respectively for 7 days.About 12-hour fast without water after the last administration,the blood separated from eyeball was used to detect the levels of alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH).The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)in liver tissue were determined.Results:Marine capsules could significantly reduce the contents of MDA and liver coefficient in liver tissue,the serum levels of ALT,AST,TC,TG,ALP,LDH,and improve the SOD activity of liver tissue.Conclusion:Marine capsules have some protective effects on acute alcoholic liver injury.The mechanism may be related to antioxidation.
