摘　　要：目的:对干预前后我院排名前10位的辅助用药重点监控品种使用合理性进行分析,为加强辅助用药的监管和促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用药品信息管理系统,统计2016年和2018年同期排名前10位的重点监控药品销售金额、用量、用药频度、药物利用指数等,并从适应证、用法用量、联合用药等方面进行医嘱点评分析。结果:干预后重点监控药品金额、用量均有所下降,不合理应用集中表现为适应证不适宜、重复用药、用量不适宜等方面。结论:我院重点监控药品干预管理取得一定效果,但仍需采取积极有效的监管措施进一步促进重点监控药品规范合理使用。Objective:To investigate the utilization of key monitoring varieties among the top 10 adjuvant drugs in our hospital before and after intervention,and provide references for reinforcing the supervision and management for adjuvant drugs and promoting rational clinical use of drugs.Methods:The drug information management system was used to collect the sales amount,amount of usage,medication frequency and drug utilization index of the top 10 key monitoring drugs from 2016 to 2018.The indications,usage and dosage,combined use of drugs and so on were analyzed for those medicines.Results:After the intervention,the sales amount and amount of usage of those key monitoring varieties among adjuvant drugs decreased.The clinical irrational utilization of adjuvant drugs mainly manifested as no-indication medication,repeated medication and inappropriate dosage.Conclusion:Our hospital had achieved certain results on supervising key monitoring medicines,positive and effective measures are needed to supervise the irrational use of drugs and promote the rational drug use.
