筑牢落实男女平等基本国策的制度根基和精神支撑

摘　　要：全面贯彻落实男女平等基本国策在新时代具有极其重要的意义。新时代筑牢落实男女平等基本国策的制度根基,必须要强化国家特别是政府的主体责任,防止男女平等问题妇女化、妇女问题妇联化;必须要建立健全性别平等评估机制,从源头保障妇女权益,发现和消除制度性的性别歧视;必须要补强妇女发展短板,促进妇女平等发展、协调发展和全面发展。新时代筑牢落实男女平等基本国策的精神支撑,必须坚持马克思主义妇女观,弘扬社会主义的先进性别文化,确立妇女发展的新理念。It is of great significance to make a comprehensive implementation of the fundamental state policy of gender equality in the new era.To consolidate the institutional foundation of gender equality in the new era demands us to further strengthen the country’s non-delegable responsibility,especially that of the government;prevent the issue of gender equality from becoming womanized and the issue of women’s affairs from only depending on the women’s federations;set up an assessment mechanism in connection with gender equality to safeguard women’s legal rights and interests at the roots;address inadequacies detrimental to women’s development.We should stick to the principles of Marxism on the women’s affairs,promote advanced socialist gender culture and establish new concepts concerning women’s growth in an endeavor to build up the ideological support for the implementation of gender equality in the new era.
