摘　　要：西沟村民群体性口述史料与村级档案史料相互印证和补正,既弥补了口述史料准确性方面的不足,又补充了档案史料细节和生动性方面的不足,两者共同构成西沟村民的集体记忆。这种集体记忆升华为西沟精神,即“互助合作、共同富裕的先行精神;艰苦奋斗、建设山区的愚公精神;求真务实、开拓创新的劳模精神;对党忠诚,淡泊名利的奉献精神”。西沟村民的集体记忆既包含着中国农民对中国道路的探索,又包含着集体化时期中国农村女性同工同酬的探索和实践。这种探索通过村民口述和村级档案的形式还原出来,具有很强的历史意义和现实意义。The collective oral history materials of Xigou villagers and the village’s archival historical materials have been interrelated and supported each other.Their interrelated relationship has not only offset the inaccuracy of oral history materials but also supplemented the absence of details and vividness in archival historical materials.They jointly constitute the collective memory of Xigou villagers,which includes the spirit of mutual assistance and common prosperity,the spirit of hard work and mountainous construction,the spirit of seeking truth from fact,pioneering and innovation,the loyalty to the party,showing indifference to fame and reputation.The collective memory of the Xigou villagers contains the exploration of Chinese farmers to the development path with Chinese characteristics and the efforts made by the country to pilot and practice the principle of equal pay for equal work.This kind of exploration is represented in the form of villagers’oral narration and the village’s archives,and has had a strong historical and contemporary significance.The integrity of Xigou Village-level archives,the richness of oral history materials of Xigou villagers,and the typical history of Xigou Village make it with an academic significance as a miniature to study village history.
