摘　　要：通过整理近年来有关五味子木脂素药代动力学研究的文献,从吸收、分布、代谢和排泄4个方面对五味子木脂素的药代动力学过程进行归纳总结,并对其药代动力学研究进行了综述,以期为五味子相关产品的开发与利用提供依据.The pharmacokinetic study of Schisandra chinensis lignans plays an important role in elucidating the pharmacological basis of Schisandra chinensis and exploring its pharmacological mechanism.The literatures on the pharmacokinetics of Schisandra chinensis lignans in recent years were collated,and in vivo processes of Schisandra chinensis lignans were summarized from four aspects of absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion.It is expected that this study can provide a basis for the development and utilization of Schisandra chinensis related products.
