摘 要:介绍了固化剂酸值对球墨铸铁件表面层厚度的影响以及造型材料S元素主要来源的试验方法,并对试验结果中不同游离硫酸与表面层厚度的关系、不同w(S)量的型砂对表面层厚度的影响以及型砂灼减量与w(S)量的关系进行了分析研究,认为影响球墨铸铁件表面层的主要原因为:(1)再生砂中w(S)量,它取决于再生砂系统的再生能力,可以用灼减量衡量和体现;(2)固化剂中w(S)量,若长期使用,影响再生砂中的w(S)量。An introduction was given to the effect of curing agent acid value on the surface layer thickness of nodular iron castings,as well as the method for testing the element S main source of the molding material.The relationship between different free sulfuric acid and the thickness of surface layer in the test results,influence of molding sand with different amount of w(S)on surface layer thickness and relationship between loss of ignition of molding sand and amount of w(S)were analyzed and studied.It was considered that the main reasons affecting the surface layer of nodular iron castings were as follows:(1)S content of reclaimed sand,depending on the regeneration capacity of the regenerated sand system,it could be measured and reflected in loss of ignition.(2)S content in curing agent,if long-term use,affecting the amount of w(S)in recycled sand.
