摘 要:介绍了不同类别铸铁件石墨形态产生畸变的差异,重点分析了原材料带入的微量元素的影响,并提出了不同类别铸铁件防止石墨畸变的措施,得出以下结论:(1)灰铸铁件的石墨畸变主要与铁液中微量元素Pb有关;(2)球墨铸铁件和蠕墨铸铁件产生石墨畸变的因素相对较多,包括化学成分、温度、壁厚、原材料、球化和孕育处理工艺等;(3)Ti虽然能够扩大蠕墨铸铁件的蠕化处理范围,但对于高蠕化率的铸件,Ti有促进形成片状石墨的风险;(4)采用高纯生铁或生产合成铸铁,可以大量减少原材料带入铁液中的微量元素,延缓球墨铸铁、蠕墨铸铁件产生石墨畸变的时间。The difference of the distortion of graphite in different types of cast iron parts was introduced.The influence of trace elements brought by raw materials was analyzed,and proposes measures to prevent graphite distortion in different types of cast iron parts were raised.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)The graphite distortion in gray iron was mainly related to the trace element Pb in the molten iron.(2)The factors of graphite distortion in nodular iron and vermicular iron were caused by many factors,including chemical composition,temperature,thickness,raw material,spheroidization and inoculation treatment process.(3)Although Ti could expand the range of vermicular treatment of vermicular graphite iron castings,Ti had the risk of promoting the formation of flake graphite for castings with high vermicular rate.(4)Using high-purity pig iron or producing synthetic cast iron could greatly reduce the trace elements introduced into the molten iron by the raw materials,and delay the time of graphite distortion in nodular iron and the vermicular graphite iron.
