摘　　要：详细阐述了我国推广外热风水冷长炉龄冲天炉成套设备的难题:投资方面、项目多方合作方面以及技术方面等,并通过对比国内外冲天炉使用情况和列举国内使用冲天炉熔炼铁液的企业成功案例,说明了炉外热风水冷长炉龄冲天炉的优势:不仅除尘净化系统做的很好,熔炼的铁液质量高,浇注的铸件质量优良且稳定。由此呼吁国内铸造厂要重振投资冲天炉的信心,同时,国内现有的冲天炉设备供应商要紧密团结在一起,齐心协力攻克各个技术难题。The difficulty problem of popularizing external hot blast water-cooled long life cupola in China was described in detail:investment,multi-party cooperation and technical aspects of the project,by comparing the cupola application situations in China and abroad and listing the successful cases of Chinese enterprises using cupola to melt iron,the advantages of the external hot blast water-cooled long life cupola was explained:not only the dust removal and purification system works well,and quality of the molten iron was high,the quality of the poured castings was high and stable also.Therefore call on the Chinese foundries to reinvigorate the confidence to invest cupola,and at the same time,the existing cupola equipment suppliers should unite closely and work together to solve various technical problems.
