摘 要:研究轮体速比对岩石破碎机理研究和钻头设计具有重要的指导作用。使用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立了三牙轮全齿与岩石的互作用模型。通过仿真模拟得到了岩石上的齿坑、应力分布及各牙轮的轮体速比,并得出轮体速比随钻压增大而增大且趋于稳定。最后将仿真结果与现有的试验结果进行比较,验证了该仿真模拟的方法可较好估计三牙轮钻头的轮体速比。The cone/bit rotary speed ratio is one of the important factors affecting the rock-breaking effect of the tricone bit.Researching the ratio has an important role in guiding rock-breaking research and bit design.The ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to establish the interaction model between the full tooth of the tricone and the rock.By means of simulation,the pit,stress distribution and Cone/Bit rotaty speed ratio of each cone are obtained,and it is concluded that the wheel body speed ratio increases with the increase of drilling pressure and tends to be stable.Finally,the simulation results are compared with the existing test results,it is proved that the method of the simulation experiment can better estimate the cone/bit rotary speed ratio of the tricone bit and investigate the influence of various factors on the cone/bit rotary speed ratio.
