气相色谱质谱法测定橡胶中六溴环十二烷含量

摘　　要：采用气相色谱质谱法测定橡胶中六溴环十二烷的含量。样品中加入甲苯用超声萃取后,通过气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)测定,方法的检出限(3S/N)为5mg/kg。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,相对标准偏差(n=7)为2.07~3.38%之间,回收率在101.2%~106.7%之间。本方法具有检出限低、精密度高、便捷有效等优点,适用于橡胶中六溴环十二烷含量的检测。The content of Hexabromocyclododecane in Rubber was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Hexabromocyclododecanewas determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)after ultrasonic extraction with toluene in Marine samples.The detection limit(3S/N)of the method is 5mg/kg.The relative standard deviation(n=7)was 2.07~3.38%,and the recovery was 101.2%~106.7%.This method has the advantages of low detection limit,high precision,convenient and effective,and is suitable for the detection of polychlorinated naphthalene in rubber materials.
