摘　　要：文章在介绍“尊严死”的内涵、对比其与安乐死的差异并探讨尊严死立法必要性的基础上,结合我国国情,提出我国尊严死的制度构建设想及保证立法可行的几个关键环节。Based on the introduction of the connotation of death with dignity,the comparison of the difference between death with dignity and euthanasia,and the discussiion on the necessity of the legislation of death with dignity,this paper,combined with national conditions in China,puts forward the assumption of the system construction of death with dignity and several key links to ensure the feasibility of legislation in China.
