水库水源地生态补偿动态调整机制研究

摘　　要：以新疆海子湾水库水源地为研究对象,构建了生态补偿动态调整计算的理论模型。以2017年为例对海子湾水库水源地生态补偿动态调整标准与水源区和受水区的分担比例进行计算,可为我国水库水源地生态保护补偿提供有益借鉴。Taking the water source area of Haiziwan ofang Reservoir in Liaoning Province as the research object,this paper constructs a theoretical model of dynamic adjustment calculation of ecological compensation,and calculates the dynamic adjustment standard of ecological compensation of water source area of Haiziwan Reservoir and the proportion of water source area and water receiving area in 2017.The conclusion can provide useful reference for ecological protection compensation of water source area of reservoir in China.
