摘　　要：从网络虚拟财富来源、形式入手概括叙述了网络虚拟财富的定义、范围及其价值;通过对几种网络虚拟财富权利属性的分析,文章认为网络虚拟财富属于新类型财产权,但是该种财产权和现有的社会基础、经济基础不能完全割裂。基于域内外网络财富继承立法的现状,对网络财富继承的必要性、可能性以及可操作性进行分析,认为最高立法部门应尽快对网络虚拟财富的继承进行系统立法,做到立法和法律实践的一致性。Starting from the sources and forms of virtual wealth on the Internet,this paper summarizes the definition,scope and value of virtual wealth on the Internet.Through the analysis of the attributes of several kinds of network virtual wealth,the author believes that network virtual wealth belongs to a new type of property right.Its appearance can not be completely separated from the existing social and economic bases.The author has analyzed the current situation of legislation on inheritance of network wealth both inside and outside.According to the analysis of the necessity,possibility and workability of inheritance of network wealth,the author finally suggests that the supreme legislative authority should legislate on inheritance of network virtual wealth systematically as soon as possible so as to achieve the unity of legislation and legal practice in time.
