摘　　要：生态补偿是保护生态环境的重要手段,对促进区域协调发展具有积极意义。生态补偿的空间差异主要取决于提供的生态服务价值和付出的成本(即生态补偿优先等级,ECPS),空间差异性是生态补偿标准制定的难点和关键。通过GIS技术和探索性空间数据分析方法(ESDA),借助Geo DA等软件,对2015年安徽省大别山区及其周围功能区的生态服务价值、生态补偿优先级和GDP等进行空间综合分析。结果表明:(1)金寨、宿松和岳西等县区的生态系统服务价值(VAL)大,生态补偿优先等级高(即生态保护建设付出成本低),经济发展条件差,但生态环境保护和建设意义重大,应该是重点生态补偿区;而合肥市区和肥西、肥东等地区人均GDP高,有经济发展基础条件,经济发达且ECPS等级很低,是重点开发区。(2)综合考虑生态服务价值、生态补偿优先等级、经济发展水平三项指标,将安徽大别山区及周围县区分为6类区域。(3)区域整体上存在生态服务价值和人均GDP的两类高值聚集区,空间自相关显著。VAL、人均GDP和ECPS也均存在局部的空间聚集现象。The spatial difference of ecological compensation mainly depends on the value of ecological services provided and the cost paid(i.e.the priority level of ecological compensation),and spatial difference is the challenge and key to formulation of ecological compensation standards.By means of GIS technology and of exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA),and with the assitance of Geo DA software,the ecological service value,ecological compensation priority and GDP in 2015 were comprehensively analyzed for Dabie Mountain and its surrounding functional area in Anhui Province.The results show that:(1)the ecosystem service value(VAL)was relatively larger in 2015,and the ecological compensation priority was higher(that is,the cost of ecological protection construction was low)in Jinzhai County,Susong County and Yuexi County.The economic conditions there were poor,but the importance for the ecological environment protection and construction was high;therefore,these three counties should be the key ecological compensation areas.The per capita GDP was relatively higher in Hefei urban area,Feixi County and Feidong County,which were key development zones with developed economy and low level of ECPS.(2)In terms of the value of ecological services,the cost of ecological environment construction and protection and the level of economic development,Dabie Mountain and surrounding counties in Anhui Province were divided into six types of region.(3)There are two high-value cluster areas for ecological service and per capita GDP respectively which are high in correlation.The spatial value clustering can also be found in VAL,GDP per capita and ECPS.
