摘　　要：慢性肾衰是肾脏内科常见疾病,是多种慢性肾脏疾病发展的最终归宿。段光堂教授从事中医肾病临床与研究40年,在治疗肾衰病方面有独特的见解与临床疗效。段教授认为慢性肾衰既可因久病情志不畅而导致肝郁,又可因肝郁而加重,因此调节肝郁是很重要的治疗慢性肾衰的手段。情志调整配合中医药治疗,对于延缓慢性肾衰患者病情进展有积极意义。并附验案二则。s:Chronic renal failure,which is a common disease of nephrology,is an end-stage renal disease of all of chronic kidney diseases.Professor Duan Guangtang has been engaged in clinical and study of traditional Chinese medicine nephropathy for forty years,he had the unique point of view and clinical effect for treating chronic renal failure.Either due to a long illness leaded to liver depression,and it can also be aggravated by liver depression,then after a long time a vicious cycle can be developed,so adjusting liver depression is an important mean to prevent and treat chronic renal failure.The regulation of emotion combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment has positve significance on delaying disease progression in patients with chronic renal failure,and attachs two proved case.
