摘　　要：脱垂性痔主要表现是以便时肛门肿物脱出,便后肿物可自行回纳或需手助回纳,或多或少给日常生活和工作造成一定的影响,其治疗往往以手术为主,痔病是肛肠科最为常见的疾病,临床上多见肛门肿物脱出和大便出血症状,往往需要手术治疗。虽然脱垂性痔的手术治疗方案多种多样,但其目的均为在能解除脱出和出血症状的前提下,尽可能地采用微创治疗手段,从而最大限度地保护肛门功能。肛缘创面越小、切除的痔组织越少,术后恢复就越快,术后疼痛和便血等并发症也就越少,进而可以扭转大众“谈痔手术色变”的观念,以及提高术后中医药康复的疗效。The main manifestation of prolapse hemorrhoids is the prolapse of a mass in the anus.The mass can return to their own position or need hand help after stool,which more or less has a certain impact on daily life and work,and is often treated mainly by surgery.Hemorrhoids are the most common disease in anorectal department.Although the surgical treatment of prolapse hemorrhoids is varied,its purpose is to use minimally invasive treatment under the premise of relieving the symptoms of prolapse and bleeding,so as to protect anal function to the maximum extent.The smaller the anal margin wound,the less hemorrhoid tissue is removed,the faster the postoperative recovery,the less complications such as postoperative pain and hematochezia.And so on,it can reverse the popular belief that"talking about hemorrhoid surgery is fear".
