慢性支气管炎痰湿质患者的治未病方案探析

摘　　要：目的以痰湿体质为切入点,探讨慢性支气管炎缓解期治未病方案。方法采用随机对照方法,筛选符合纳入标准的患者76例,经治未病服务方案干预与健康教育,通过随访急性发作次数、CAT评分等判定,经统计学处理分析,评价慢性支气管痰湿质患者治未病方案的合理性与可行性。结果治疗后健康状况明显改善,≥2分的差异患者为56例,有效率为73.68%,提示治未病方案具有可行性,依从性高,统计学差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论痰湿体质人群慢性支气管炎治未病方案合理且依从性好,具有可行性和可推广性。Objective To investigate the preventive treatment regimen of disease of chronic bronchitis in the chronic remission stage based on the phlegm-dampness constitution.Methods A total of 76 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were screened via randomized controlled trial and underwent the preventive treatment regimen of disease and health education,followed by determination of the number of acute onset CAT score.The rationality and feasibility of the preventive treatment regimen of disease in chronic bronchitis patients with phlegm-dampness constitution were assessed through the statistical analysis.Results After treatment,the physical condition was improved significantly.There were 56 patients with more than 2 points,and the effective rate was 73.68%,indicating that the preventive treatment regimen of disease is feasible and highly compliant,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The preventive treatment regimen of disease is reasonable and highly compliant in chronic bronchitis patients with phlegm-dampness constitution,and it is feasible and worthy of popularization.
