九转促孕汤治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨九转促孕汤合九转暖宫膏治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床疗效。方法选择神农中医院2017年9月—2018年9月诊治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组2组,各35例。治疗组予九转促孕汤合九转暖宫膏,对照组予九转暖宫膏干预治疗,比较2组的受孕情况,治疗前后中医证候积分及空腹抽血测定治疗前后血清卵泡雌激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)值。结果治疗组总有效率为91.4%,妊娠率42.9%;对照组总有效率为34.3%,妊娠率11.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组患者血清卵泡雌激素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平比对照组患者疗效更显著(P<0.05)。治疗组经过治疗后,中医临床证候得到明显好转,治疗后月经周期、月经量、畏寒便溏、腰酸乏力、形态肥胖(BMI)、毛发浓密等中医证候积分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),并显著低于治疗后对照组中医证候积分(P<0.05);对照组的中医证候各症状较治疗前也均有改善(P<0.05)。结论九转促孕汤合九转暖宫膏治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效确切,可有效改善中医临床证候、性激素水平,并提高妊娠率,值得进一步研究和临床推广。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Jiuzhuan Cuyun decoction in the treatment of infertility of kidney deficiency phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 70 infertility patients with polycystic ovarian in Shennong Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Jiuzhuan Cuyun decoction and Jiuzhuan Nuangong ointment,and the control group was given Jiuzhuan Nuangong ointment.The pregnant,the TCM syndrome score and fasting blood were measured before and after treatment serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)values of two groups was compared.Results In the treatment group of 35 cases,the total effective rate was 91.4%,and the pregnancy rate was 42.8%.In the control group of 35 cases,the total effective rate was 34.2%,and the pregnancy rate was 11.4%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of serum follicle estrogen(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)in the treatment group were more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM clinical syndrome of the treatment group was significantly improved,the menstrual cycle,menstruation,chills,backache,fatigue,loose stools form obesity(BMI),such as hair symptom scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the TCM integral of the control group was significantly lower than that after treatment(P<0.05).TCM syndromes of the symptoms were improved than before treatment(P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Jiuzhuan Cuyun decoction and Jiuzhuan Nuangong ointment in the treatment of infertility of kidney deficiency phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome is effective,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,sex hormone levels,improve the pregnancy rate,and is worthy of further study and clinical application.
