从五脏和外感六淫辨治小儿湿疹

摘　　要：世间疮疡疥疮,惟小儿最多,湿疹是最常见的儿童疾病,具有反复发作的特点。湿疹的病因是多种并存的,有内外因和虚实之分,风、湿、热既是湿疹反复的外因,又是导致病程迁延的内因。然小儿为纯阳之体,最易与火邪相乘,湿疹内合脏腑不仅与心肝脾相关,肺肾两脏亦与其紧密相连。临证用药时,采用本证与标证联合辨证,辨证时突出本证,将致病之邪以标证的形式体现,使辨证主次分明,全面灵活。本病治则为祛风、清热、祛湿、补虚。黄甡教授认为湿疹以湿热证为多,临床中常用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加减,以散外邪,清湿热,治疗小儿湿疹。Eczema is the most common childhood disease with recurrent features.The etiology of eczema is a variety of coexistence,there are internal and external causes and vacuity,wind,dampness,heat is not only the external cause of eczema,but also the internal cause of prolongation of the course.Scabies in the world,but the most children,children are pure yang body,easy to multiply with fire evil,eczema and spleen and heart,liver and spleen,lung and kidney are closely linked.In the treatment of symptoms and signs,the syndrome is combined with the standard syndrome differentiation,and the syndrome is highlighted in the differentiation of symptoms and signs,and the pathogenic factor is reflected in the form of the standard syndrome,which makes the differentiation of symptoms clear between the main and the secondary,and flexible in an all-round way.This disease is treated for dispelling wind,clearing heat,dispelling dampness and tonifying deficiency.Huang students'education Eczema is considered to be more syndrome of damp-heat,clinical use of ephedrine forsythia red bean decoction,in order to disperse external evil,clear dampness heat,treatment of children eczema.
