摘　　要：目的观察贴棉灸治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效。方法将结节性痒疹患者70例分为2组,治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组采用贴棉灸治疗;对照组采用卤米松乳膏封包治疗,疗程4周。观察2组治疗前后皮损评分和瘙痒评分的变化情况。3个月后对有效患者进行门诊随访,比较复发率。结果治疗前,治疗组及对照组患者瘙痒评分及皮损评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组及对照组瘙痒评分、皮损评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后随访,2组患者复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贴棉灸治疗结节性痒疹疗效好,复发率低,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of prurigo nodularis treated by cotton moxibustion.Methods 70 patients suffering from prurigo nodularis were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by cotton moxibustion,and the control group was treated by Halometasone cream.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.Changes in skin lesion and pruritus scores before and after treatment were observed.Effective patients were followed up 3 months later and the recurrence rate was compared.Results After treatment,there were significant differences in pruritus and skin lesions in the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Patients were followed up for 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Cotton moxibustion in the treatment of tuberous pruritus has good curative effect,low recurrence rate and is worthy of clinical promotion.
