米非司酮联合逐瘀止血汤用于药物流产后阴道出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察米非司酮联合自拟逐瘀止血汤对药物流产后阴道出血患者的止血效果(包括止血时间及出血量)。方法选择我科2016年1月—2018年3月收治的药物流产患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。2组均采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠。肯定孕囊排出后对照组患者予以5 d预防性抗感染治疗,观察组患者在此基础上予以米非司酮联合自拟逐瘀止血汤口服至阴道出血停止,B超检查确认无宫内残留物。比较2组患者阴道出血时间及出血量。结果观察组患者止血效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合自拟逐瘀止血汤可显著缩短药物流产后阴道出血时间,减少出血量,并且疗效确切。Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of mifepristone combined with Zhuyu Zhixue decoction on patients with vaginal bleeding after medical abortion(including hemostatic time and blood loss).Methods 200 patients with medical abortion admitted to our department from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.Pregnancy was terminated in both groups by mifepristone and misoprostol.The patients in the control group were given prophylactic and anti-infective treatment for 5 days after the pregnancy sac was confirmed to be expelled.The patients in the observation group were given mifepristone combined with Zhuyu Zhixue decoction orally until the vaginal bleeding stopped,and no intrauterine residues were confirmed by b-ultrasound.The time and amount of vaginal bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results The hemostatic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Zhuyu Zhixue decoction can significantly shorten the time of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion,reduce the amount of bleeding,and the curative effect is exact.
