摘　　要：广藿香作为岭南地药材的代表药,具有芳香化湿、和胃止呕等临床功效,是中医临床方剂中的常用中药。现代药理学研究发现广藿香具有抗炎、抑菌、解热、镇静、杀虫等作用,其活性成分主要为挥发油中的广藿香酮与广藿香醇。肿瘤细胞的凋亡一直是肿瘤研究中的热点,本文对广藿香活性成分诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的机制进行系统的综述,为广藿香活性成分抗肿瘤作用的药理研究提供参考。Patchouli is one of the representative Lingnan traditional Chinese medicines in southern medicine.It has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antipyretic and sedative effects.The main active ingredients are Patchouli ketone and patchouli alcohol.In this paper,the mechanism of apoptosis induced by active components of patchouli was reviewed,which could provide a reference for pharmacological study of the anti-tumor effect of patchouli.
