内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗消化道癌前病变患者的护理研究

摘　　要：目的研究消化道癌前病变患者行内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗的护理措施。方法选取2018年3月—12月我院行内镜下黏膜剥离术的消化道癌前病变患者121例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组60例,观察组61例。对照组患者施以基础常规护理,观察组患者施以全面系统护理。对比分析2组患者的手术时间、术后禁食时间、住院时间;并对患者并发症发生率进行记录分析。结果观察组患者手术时间、术后禁食时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗消化道癌前病变患者施以全面系统护理,能明显缩短术后恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective To study the nursing measures in the treatment of patients with digestive tract precancerous lesions under endoscopic mucosal dissection,and provide guidance for patients'clinical nursing.Methods A total of 121 patients with precancerous lesions of the digestive tract who underwent endoscopic mucosal dissection in our hospital from March to December 2018 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into the control group of 60 cases and the observation group of 61 cases.Patients in the control group were given basic routine care and patients in the observation group were given comprehensive systemic care.The operation time,postoperative fasting time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The incidence of complication was recorded and analyzed.Results The operation time,postoperative fasting time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal dissection for the treatment of patients with precancerous lesions of the digestive tract is treated with comprehensive systemic care,which can significantly shorten the treatment time and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of widespread promotion in hospitals.
