摘　　要：目的探究温馨助产护理对产妇分娩成功率和新生儿生存率的影响。方法选取2018年5月—7月我院收治的100例产妇,依据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组予以常规分娩护理,观察组予以温馨助产护理,对比2组分娩结局、新生儿生存率、产后4h出血量和产后24 h出血量以及新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组自然分娩率、新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿生存率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产后4 h出血量、产后24 h出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温馨助产护理可增加产妇自然分娩成功率,减少产后出血,提升新生儿生存率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of warm midwifery care on maternal delivery success rate and neonatal survival rate.Methods One hundred women who were admitted to our hospital from May to July 2018 were enrolled in the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine delivery care,and the observation group gave warm midwifery care.The two-part outcome,neonatal survival rate,post-natal 4h bleeding volume,postpartum 24h bleeding volume,and neonatal Apgar score were compared.Results The natural delivery rate,neonatal Apgar score,and neonatal survival rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group at 4h postpartum and the amount of bleeding at 24h postpartum was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm midwifery nursing department increases the success rate of maternal natural delivery,reduces postpartum hemorrhage,and improves neonatal survival rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
