摘　　要：郑洛新国家自主创新示范区是河南省实施创新发展战略的核心引擎,是推动全省经济高质量发展的主要动力。建设三年来,郑洛新国家自主创新示范区在聚资源、建机制、搭平台、强服务等方面取得了显著成效,但是对标高质量发展的要求,仍存在总体实力不强、创新基础薄弱、创新投入不够、体制机制不活、协同发展不足等问题,迫切需要在提升支撑引领能力、集聚创新资源、优化配置效率、释放改革红利、营造发展环境等方面取得突破,才能更好地通过自创区高质量发展推动全省经济高质量发展。Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area is the core engine for Henan to implement the innovation development strategy and the main driving force to promote the high-quality development of the province's economy.In the past three years,Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area has received remarkable achievement in gathering re?sources,establishing mechanism,building platform,and strengthening service,but in terms of the requirements of high-quality development,it still has problems such as weak overall strength,weak innovation ability,insufficient innovation investment,inflexible system and mech?anism,lack of coordination development.Therefore,it is urgently needed to make a break?through in improving the supporting and leading ability,integrating and innovating resources,op?timizing allocation efficiency,releasing reform dividends,and creating a development environ?ment,so as to better promote high-quality economic development of the entire province econo?my by the high-quality development of demonstration area.
