摘  要:采用红外光谱、热重-差热、X射线衍射及压汞法(MIP)等分析技术研究了蒸汽养护下不同的预养时间对高强砂浆的抗压强度和水泥水化的影响。结果表明:不同预养时间的蒸汽养护均可提高水泥的早期水化速率,但对后期水化程度的影响并不明显。随着预养时间的增加,水泥浆体中的Ca(OH)2消耗逐渐减少,不利于火山灰效应的发挥。此外,MIP分析表明在90℃蒸汽养护下,预养时间不足会导致水泥浆体系内部孔隙率的增大,而过长对孔径细化不利。在该条件下,预养时间为12 h时,浆体中的钙矾石减少,而C-S-H含量增多,有效降低了内部孔隙率,孔径细化程度最优,这对提高早期强度起到了促进作用。The effects of different pre-feeding time under steam curing on the compressive strength of high-strength mortar and cement hydration were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectoscopy,thermogravimetry-derivative thermogravimetry,X-ray diffraction and mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP).The results show that steam curing with different pre-curing time can improve the early hydration rate of cement,but the effect on the degree of later hydration is not obvious.As the pre-curing time increases,the Ca(OH)2 consumption in the cement slurry gradually decreases,which is not conducive to the volcanic ash effect.In addition,MIP analysis show that under 90℃steam curing,insufficient pre-curing time will lead to an increase in the internal porosity of the cement slurry system,while too long is not good for pore refinement.Under this condition,when the pre-curing time is 12 h,the ettringite in the slurry decreases,and the C-S-H content increases,which effectively reduces the internal porosity and optimizes the pore refinement degree,which promotes the early strength.
