摘 要:再生微粉是再生骨料生产过程中的细微颗粒,其含有大量的SiO 2和Al 2O 3,具有作为辅助胶凝材料的应用潜力。因其火山灰活性和微集料填充效应可以显著改善水泥基材料性能,已经成为节能环保材料在水泥混凝土领域的关注热点。介绍了再生微粉的物理化学特性和水化活性潜质,以及对水泥基材料工作性、力学性能和耐久性的影响,综述了其对水泥基材料性能的作用机理,分析了当前研究存在的问题,指出了再生微粉水泥基材料的发展趋势。Recycled micro-powder is a fine particle from the production of recycled aggregate,but it is rich in active SiO 2 and Al 2O 3,and has great application potential as supplementary cementitious additives.Recycled micro-powder has been a focus of the concrete field,because it can improve the performance of cement-based materials for its strong pozzolanic activity and micro-aggregate filling effect.The physical-chemical characteristics and potential hydration activity are described and summarized.The influence of recycled micro-powder on the hydration,workability,mechanical properties and durability of cement-based materials,are reviewed.The mechanism of its effect on the performance of cement-based materials is introduced.The existing problems in the study are analyzed,and the development trend of cement-based materials with recycled micro-powder is pointed out.
