摘 要:为提高锡尾矿的综合利用范围并将其变废为宝,消除因其堆积而产生的安全隐患。以实践工程调查结果与《公路工程无机结合料稳定材料试验规程》T0804—2009为基础,采用试验研究与数值分析相结合的方法开展了锡尾矿用作二级及以下公路路面底基层材料试验与效果指标预测模型研究。研究结果表明:(1)锡尾矿用作二级及以下公路路面底基层材料满足目前使用的规范要求;因此证明其在技术上可行,可取代部分石灰和水泥,节约经济成本;(2)构建了锡尾矿用作二级及以下公路路面底基层材料的28 d无侧限抗压强度与密度等效果指标的四种预测模型,即线性模型、指数模型、幂函数模型与对数函数模型,从概率论与数学统计及验证试验结果差异分析等两个层面综合考虑,确定了锡尾矿用作二级及以下公路路面底基层材料的28 d无侧限抗压强度R c与密度ρ的最优预测模型分别为指数模型与线性模型。因此,它们可分别作为锡尾矿用作二级及以下公路路面底基层材料在实践运用中的28 d无侧限抗压强度R c与密度ρ等效果指标的理论预测计算基础。In order to improve the comprehensive utilization of tin tailings and turn it into a waste,eliminate the safety hazards caused by its accumulation.Based on the results of the practical engineering survey and the"Testing Procedures for Stable Materials for Inorganic Bonds in Highway Engineering"T0804—2009,the combination of experimental research and numerical analysis was used to test the use of tin tailings as the base material for roads of secondary and lower roads.And the prediction model of the effect indicator.The results show that:(1)tin tailings are used as secondary and below road pavement base materials to meet the current requirements of the specifications,therefore,it is proved to be technically feasible,can replace part of lime and cement,and save economic costs;(2)four prediction models for 28 d unconfined compressive strength and density,such as linear model,exponential model,power function model and logarithmic function,were constructed for tin tailings as secondary and below highway pavement base materials.The model,from the two aspects of probability theory and mathematical statistics and verification test results,comprehensively considers the 28 d unconfined compressive strength and density of tin tailings used as secondary and below highway pavement base materials.The optimal prediction models are exponential model and linear model,respectively.Therefore,they can be used as the theoretical prediction basis for the 28 d unconfined compressive strength and density effect indicators of tin tailings used as secondary and below road pavement base materials in practice.
