摘  要:为了改善骨料中黏土对混凝土拌合物工作性能的影响,在采用丙烯酸(AA)-甲基烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG-2400)-丙烯酰胺(AM)合成保坍型聚羧酸减水剂(PC)的过程中,通过单掺2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙烯磺酸(AMPS)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)及复掺AMPS与DMDAAC等量取代大单体,合成抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂(A-PC、D-PC及AD-PC)。研究了A-PC、D-PC及AD-PC对含泥水泥浆体流动度的影响,采用UV法测定了它们在水泥和黏土颗粒表面的吸附量,结果表明:在改善含泥水泥浆体流动性方面,复掺1.16%AMPS和2.64%DMDAAC的AD-PC比单掺1.74%AMPS的A-PC、2.64%DMDAAC的D-PC效果更好,AD-PC在黏土颗粒表面的吸附量最小,表明同时引入AMPS和DMDACC具有协同抗泥效应;对比研究了市售保坍型聚羧酸减水剂(SS-PC)与AD-PC对混凝土坍落度及抗压强度的影响,结果表明:当混凝土含泥量≤8%时,AD-PC的抗泥性远大于SS-PC,且对强度无负面影响;FT-IR分析表明:通过复掺成功将AMPS、DMDAAC嫁接在了PC结构中。To improve the workability of clay-containing concrete,the anti-clay monomers 2-acrylamido-2-methylopane sulfonic acid(AMPS)and dimethyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC)were separately or simultaneously incorporated into the original polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PC)to synthesize different anti-clay polycarboxylate superplasticizers(A-PC,D-PC,AD-PC).PC was synthesized using acrylic acid(AA),methyl allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(HPEG-2400)and acrylamide(AM).The effect of these ploymers on the workability of cement paste,slump and compressive strength of concrete were investigated.And the molecular structures of different polycarboxylate superplasticizers were characterized by the infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).And its adsorption properties were characterized by UV.The results show that the fluidity of cement paste with AD-PC(synthesized by 1.16%AMPS and 2.64%DMDAAC)is more than that of A-PC(1.74%AMPS)or the D-PC(2.64%DMDAAC).And adsorption amount of AD-PC on the surface of clay is the smallest of three of them.It is further shown that the introduction of AMPS and DMDAAC in the molecular structure is more conducive to improving the anti-clay property of PC.The effects of commercial polycarboxylate superplasticizer(SS-PC)and AD-PC on concrete slump and compressive strength were compared.The results provide that when the clay content is less than or equal 8%,the anti-clay ability of AD-PC is better than that of SS-PC,and AD-PC is less detrimental to the compressive strength.FT-IR analysis shows that AMPS and DMDAAC are successfully grafted into the PC structure.
