摘 要:自主设计了用于表征自密实性混凝土清水效果的试件成型模具。制定了系统化的清水效果表征方法,使表征结果完全量化,实现了关于混凝土配合比对清水效果影响规律的系统化实验研究。结果表明,粗集料体积率达0.35时混凝土具有最佳清水效果。砂体积率过低易形成小气泡,砂体积率过高时易产生大气泡,最佳砂体积率为0.44。矿物掺合料在一定掺量范围内可减少气泡数量,但掺量过高时会导致粘度提高,不利于气泡排出。矿渣微粉较粉煤灰具有更强的颜色提亮效果,最佳矿渣微粉掺量为25%,最佳粉煤灰掺量为20%。The apparent effect specimen molds for fair-faced of the self-compacting concrete had been designed independently.A systematic apparent effect characterization method had been designed to quantify the results and achieved systematic experimental research on the influence of mixing proportion to apparent effect.The results indicate that concrete shows the best apparent effect with a 0.35 coarse aggregate volume ratio.The optimum sand volume ratio is 0.44,while a too low sand volume ratio leads to small pores and a too high sand volume ratio leads to big pores.The brighten effect of ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS)is higher than that of fly ash.Within a certain dosage range,mineral admixture could reduce the number of pores but adverse to discharge the bubbles in concrete with a too high dosage.The optimum GGBS dosage is 25%and the optimum fly ash dosage is 20%.
