摘 要:在不同pH和盐浓度下制备出HA/CH凝聚体,并对其进行流变性能的研究。结果表明:在整个频率范围,HA/CH复合凝聚体的储能模量总是大于耗散模量,展现出粘弹性固体的性质;在特定pH条件下,损耗角δ随着离子强度的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势,并在盐浓度I(M)=400 mmol/L时达到极大值;在特定盐浓度条件下,损耗角δ会随着pH增大而不断减小,在pH=5.5时达到最大值;凝聚体复合黏度随着频率曲线线性减小,存在剪切变稀的性质。最后,通过引入转换系数f归一化得到归一曲线,确定了凝聚相中不同pH值和盐浓度对凝聚体形成的影响,结果表明:聚合物链的电荷密度越高,对HA/CH复合凝聚体形成的影响越显著;盐浓度越高,对HA/CH复合凝聚体形成的影响越显著。The rheological properties of HA/CH coacervates are investigated at different pH and salt concentrations in this work.The results show that the storage modulus of HA/CH complex coacervates is always greater than the loss modulus over the entire frequency range,exhibiting the viscoelastic solid property.Under the fixed pH condition,the loss angleδincreases at initial stage and then decreases along with ionic strength increasing,and reaches the maximum value at I(M)=400 mmol/L.This can be interpreted that as the energy is dissipated the whole system turns into more stable.At the fixed salt concentration,the loss angleδdecreases with pH and reaches the maximum at pH=5.5.Moreover,the complex viscosity of the coacervates decrease linearly with the frequency curve increasing,showing shear thinning property.Finally,the normalized curve is obtained by introducing the conversion coefficient f to confirm different pH values and salt concentrations have an effect on the formation of coacervates in the coacervation phase.Higher charge density of the polymer chain has an obvious significance on the formation of HA/CH complex coacervates.Analogously,higher salt concentration also plays a vital role in the formation of HA/CH complex coacervates.
