摘 要:为探明水卷苗育秧方法对水稻秧苗生长特性的影响,以武运粳24号(常规粳稻)及6两优9368(杂交籼稻)为材料,研究不同育秧方法(水卷苗育秧方法(HLMS)和常规营养土育秧方法(CMSS))、移栽秧龄(13、20、27、34 d)及播种量(武运粳24号:554.2、738.9、923.6和1108.4 g/m^2;6两优9368:307.9、431.0、554.2和677.3 g/m^2 )对水稻秧苗素质的影响。结果表明,育秧方法、移栽秧龄和播种量三因素对水稻秧苗素质的影响表现为移栽秧龄>育秧方法>播种量。与CMSS相比,HLMS叶龄平均增加7.62%~17.22%、黄叶数减少29.21%~56.41%、重高比提高15.79%~22.54%;小苗移栽(13 d)时HLMS成苗率略低于CMSS(0.85%~0.91%),随着移栽秧龄的增加,HLMS成苗率高于CMSS(9.02%~10.78%);移栽秧龄为13~27 d时,HLMS叶面积指数比CMSS小22.78%~22.90%,当移栽秧龄增加到34 d时,HLMS叶面积指数仍能维持一定的增加,而CMSS有下降趋势。由此可知,HLMS秧苗素质能够达到常规营养土育秧方法的水平,甚至有一定优势,HLMS是一种潜在的替代常规营养土育秧方法的选择。To explore the effect of hydroponically grown long-mat seedlings(HLMS)on seedling quality.We studied the seedling raising method(HLMS;conventional mat seedlings raised in soil,CMSS),seeding density(554.2、738.9、923.6 and 1108.4 g/m^2 for Wuyunjing24 and 307.9、431.0、554.2 and 677.3 g/m^2 for 6Liangyou9368,respectively)and seedling age(13,20,27 and 34 days)at transplanting on the seedling quality before transplantation.A conventional japonica rice cultivar(Wuyunjing24)and an indica hybrid rice cultivar(6Liangyou9368)were used as test materials.The results showed the seedling raising methods,seeding densities and seedling ages had significant effect on seedling quality.The effect of seedling age on seedling quality was predominant,followed by seedling raising method and seeding density.Compared with CMSS,the number of appeared leaves of HLMS increased by 7.62%-17.22%,the number of yellow leaves decreased by 29.21%-56.41%,dry weight per unit of seedling height increased by 15.79%-22.54%.Seedling emergence rate of HLMS was 0.85%-0.91%lower with transplantation 13 d old seedlings and was 9.02%-10.78%higher with increased seedling age compared with CMSS.Leaf area index of HLMS was 22.78%-22.90%lower with transplantation 13-27 d old seedlings than CMSS.When the seedling age delayed to 34 days,the leaf area index of HLMS was still maintained a certain increase and that was have a down trend for CMSS.Therefore,the seedling quality of HLMS was equivalent or superior to that of CMSS and the HLMS is a potential alternative to the CMSS.
