摘 要:为比较研究寄主植物介导的内共生菌Wolbachia和Cardinium的水平传播能力,解释在节肢动物中Wolbachia感染率高于Cardinium感染率的原因。我们运用PCR技术和荧光原位杂交检测Wolbachia和Cardinium的水平传播途径。结果发现Wolbachia在棉花叶片中存在的时间和表达量均高于Cardinium,大多数未感染的土耳其斯坦叶螨能够被2种共生菌感染,且Wolbachia感染率高于Cardinium。证明了Wolbachia的水平传播能力比Cardinium强,这可能是导致自然界中约60%~70%的节肢动物被Wolbachia感染,而只有约20%~30%的节肢动物被Cardinium感染的原因之一。To compare the horizontal transmission ability of Wolbachia and Cardinium mediated by host plants,and to explain the reason why Wolbachia infection rate is higher than Cardinium in arthropods.The horizontal transmission pathways of Wolbachia and Cardinium were detected by PCR and fluorescence in situ hybridization.We found that Wolbachia has longer time and higher expressed quantity than that of Cardinium in cotton leaves.Most uninfected Tetranychus turkestani could be infected by commensal bacteria,and Wolbachia infection rate was higher than that of Cardinium,which demonstrated that Wolbachia ability to spread was stronger than that of Cardinium,this may be one of the reasons why about 60%-70%of arthropods in nature were infected by Wolbachia,while about 20%-30%of arthropods were infected by Cardinium.
