摘 要:针对大容量光伏以微电网的形式接入配网后的电压越限和经济性问题,本文建立了微网运行模型并提出了一种可投切并联电容器组(C)和静止无功发生器(SVG)协调规划的无功补偿设备优化配置方法。首先考虑了微网内多种电源和储能出力特征、运行成本和电价机制,构建了基础微网发电控制策略规则和微网并网负荷的概率多场景通用出力模型。在此基础上,建立了动、静态无功设备协调配置的双层优化规划模型,下层模型考虑设备最优运行方式;上层模型优化了无功设备的配置方式。通过修改的IEEE 33节点为算例验证了模型的有效性,仿真结果表明,该方法针对含大容量随机性电源的微网并网情况能有效提高电压合格率、降低网损,提高经济效益。In view of the voltage limit and economy problems of a number of PV in the form of micro grid access to the active distribution network,in this paper,the microgrid operation model is set up and a kind of optimization allocation method of reactive power compensation equipment of coordinated planning of switching shunt capacitor(C)and the static var generator(SVG)is proposed.Firstly,the features of power supply and energy storage,the operating cost and the electricity price mechanism in the microgrid are considered,and the general strategy rules of microgrid power control and the multi?scene model of the probability of grid load are established with the aim of economic optimization.On this basis,the bi?level optimal configuration model of dynamic and static reactive power equipment is set up.The lower model considers the optimal operation mode of the equipment,while the upper model optimizes the configuration of reactive devices.Finally,the effectiveness of the model by the modification IEEE 33 node example is verified.It is shown by the simulation result that the proposed method can significantly improve the voltage quality,reduce the network loss and increase economic efficiency.
