摘 要:为了探究利用3D打印技术制作质轻抗压木塑复合材料制品的优化方案,比较分析12种填充结构(二维、立体结构各6种)的平压性能。结果表明,在平压性能方面,二维交叉填充结构具有最高的平压强度和模量;在打印效率方面,三维立方体分区填充结构适合快速打印产品的概念模型。综合比较分析,在二维结构中,内六角填充结构同时具有高强度和打印时间短两点优势。建议根据产品设计的要求,合理选择不同的填充结构,以满足需求。To explore potential applications of three-dimensional(3D)printing technology in developing anti-compression/lightweight products with wood-plastic filaments,twelve infill patterns including six two-dimension and six three-dimension infill patterns were selected to prepare wood plastic composite specimens.The flatwise compression properties of the specimens were measured and analyzed.The two-dimension infill patterns presented high flatwise compression strength and modulus of compression.The three-dimension infill patterns were suitable for rapid prototyping in product design and manufacturing.The two-dimensional tri-hexagon infill pattern had good flatwise compression properties with high printing efficiency.
