摘  要:以温度150~210℃保温4 h、180℃保温2~6 h为条件,探究桃花心木材适用的热处理工艺。随着热处理温度升高和保温时间延长,试材平衡含水率和湿胀率逐渐降低,阻湿率和抗胀率增大;抗弯弹性模量在180℃以上时明显降低,抗弯强度随温度升高一直下降;随180℃保温时间的延长,抗弯弹性模量和抗弯强度先下降后趋于稳定。Mahogany wood samples were heat-treated at five temperatures ranged from 150 and 210℃for 4 hours,respectively.Another two groups of Mahogany wood samples were treated at 180℃for 2 and 6 hours,separately.The dimensional stability and mechanical properties of the samples were tested.The results showed that the equilibrium moisture content(EMC)and swelling values of the samples decreased while increasing treating temperatures and times.This trend led to the increase of the moisture excluding efficiency and anti-swelling efficiency of the wood.The modulus of elasticity(MOE)of the samples decreased significantly when the heating temperature was above 180℃.The modulus of rupture(MOR)of the samples decreased gradually with the increment of heating temperatures.The MOE and MOR of the samples treated at 180℃decreased gradually until reaching stable values when the treating time maintained from 2 hours to 6 hours.
