摘 要:文章旨在研究一种新型教槽料对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及粪便微生物的影响。选用180头平均初始体重(8.22±0.60)kg的健康杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为3组,分别为新型教槽料、颗粒料、粉料,每组6个重复,每个重复10头猪(公、母各半),试验期14 d。结果表明:①新型教槽料组断奶仔猪的ADG、ADFI均显著高于颗粒料组(P<0.05)和粉料组(P<0.05);②新型教槽料组断奶仔猪的腹泻率相较于颗粒料组显著降低(P<0.05),而与粉料组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);③新型教槽料组断奶仔猪的粪便成形相较于颗粒料组显著改进(P<0.05),而与粉料组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);④新型教槽料组比其他两组显著降低断奶仔猪血清中BUN的含量(P<0.05);⑤新型教槽料组断奶仔猪粪便中沙门氏菌与大肠杆菌显著低于粉料组(P<0.05),而与颗粒料组差异不显著(P>0.05);⑥新型教槽料组乳酸菌显著高于粉料组(P<0.05),而与颗粒料组差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可知,新型教槽料相较于常规粉料和颗粒料能够有效改善断奶仔猪的生长性能,降低腹泻率,并提高仔猪对蛋白质或氨基酸的利用率,还可以降低粪便中大肠杆菌的数量,在一定程度上维护了肠道健康,是一种更符合断奶仔猪生理特点和营养需要的饲料。The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of a new creep feed on growth performance,serum biochemical index and fecal microorgan?ism in weaning piglets.A total of 180 healthy crossbred piglets(Duroc×Yorkshire×Landra?ce)with an initial BW of(8.22±0.60)kg were randomly allocated into the following 3 groups of dietary treatments:new creep feed treatment,pellet feed treatment and mash feed treatment.For each treatment,6 replication pens consisting of 10 pig?lets(5 males+5 females)per pen were used for a total trial period of 14 days.The final results illustrat?ed that:①The ADG and ADFI of weaned piglets fed the new creep feed were significantly greater than that of piglets fed pellet feed(P<0.05),and that of piglets fed mash feed(P<0.05).②The diar?rhea rate of weaned piglets fed the new creep feed decreased significantly compared to the ones fed pellet feed(P<0.05),but no significant diference found when comparing to the ones fed mash feed(P>0.05).③Similarly,the piglets fed the new creep feed showed siginificantly better fecal formation com?pared to the ones fed pellet feed(P<0.05)but still no significant difference compared to the ones fed mash feed(P>0.05).④The BUN content of serum of piglets fed the new creep feed revealed a signifi?cant decrease compared to the ones fed other two kinds of feed(P<0.05).⑤Salmonella and E.coli quantity in the faeces of piglets fed the new creep feed was found to be greatly decreased compared to the ones fed mash feed(P<0.05).⑥Meanwhile,Lactobacillus quantity in the faeces of piglets fed the new creep feed was found to be significantly less than the ones fed mash feed(P<0.05).No significant difference was observed on these bacteria quantities comparing the piglets fed the new creep feed and the ones fed pellet feed throughout the trial(P>0.05).In conclusion,comparing the regular pellet feed and mash feed,the use of the new creep feed in weaning piglets allows improvement of the growth per?formance,decreasing of the diarrhea rate,higher utillazition of protein a
