乡村旅游产业化发展的影响因素研究——基于解释结构模型

摘　　要：本文在总结众多国内学者关于乡村旅游影响因素观点的基础上,运用ISM解释结构模型,将影响乡村旅游产业化发展的主要因素进行层级划分,经研究表明产品营销、旅游品牌和体验满意度是影响乡村旅游产业化发展的直接因素;社区参与、节庆、工作人员素质、旅游资源、旅游创新和道路交通及基础服务设施是影响乡村旅游产业化发展的中间因素;区位、城镇化和旅游规划是影响乡村旅游产业化发展的根源因素。最后将乡村旅游产业化主要影响因素依据“人机料法环”5因素法进行归纳,提出政策建议。The current research status from domestic scholars on the development of rural tourism industry is summarized,mainly based on examples and related factors of rural tourism to carry out research,but lack of correlation between the various factors such as research.Based on this,on the basis of summarizing the views of many domestic scholars on the influencing factors of rural tourism,an ISM interpretation structure model is established in the paper to classify the main factors affecting the development of rural tourism industrialization,and draws the conclusion that product marketing,tourism brand and experience satisfaction are the direct factors affecting the development of rural tourism industrialization.Community participation,festivals,staff quality,tourism resources,tourism innovation,road traffic and basic service facilities are the intermediate factors affecting the industrialization of rural tourism.Location,urbanization and tourism planning are the root factors.Finally,the main influencing factors of rural tourism industrialization are summarized,according to the five-factor method of“man-machine data method ring”,and policy recommendations are put forward.
